INGREDIENTS
Fish (Pomfret)

1 fillet

Lemon Juice

1 tsp

Black Pepper Powder
|
a pinch
|
Gluten Free all purpose flour/ Rice Flour
|
1 tbsp
|
Salt
|
To taste

Oil

For frying

METHOD
- Clean and wash the fish fillet and apply lemon juice and salt to it and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Wash the marinated fish in fresh water.
- Mix salt and black pepper powder to the flour.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Coat the fillet with the flour and deep fry till golden brown on all sides
- Serve hot
